An excellent experience. You might wonder what sets a 3 star from a better rating. I think 3 star does what they are contracted to do: nothing more and nothing less. USA Auto Glass went above and beyond: not only did they tell me that my insurance company (USAA) does use them, John was helpful in making sure the car itself was returned to me in better shape than when it went in: they vacuumed it, removed my oil change sticker from my old windshield and applied to new windshield so I don't forget when to change the oil, and they removed the sticky velcro portion of the Good2Go Flexpass with precision, so I can reuse it without ordering new velcro strips for the windshield. Recently relocated to Seattle from the east coast and my wife was welcomed by someone throwing a rock through her rear window--nothing stolen, they just wanted to do some property damage. Car was needed to work immediately for my wife's job, but John really got us out of a serious bind. He sounded like he was really busy juggling some things so the fact he was able to send someone out the next day (as they were closed the day of the damage) must have been difficult and didn't go unnoticed. USA auto glass and batteries is a fast and friendly professional business that understands time, convenience and quality service is important to me, every time I needed a window, windshield or battery for my car replaced. As for my first experience with USA auto glass they treated me very courteously and made me feel like I was a long time returning patron and valued my time with them. I've scoured the Internet, made many calls, and got a lot of estimates,I just happened to find the same place, years apart, and they are the best for a reason. They do great work, and they do it fast, and they are the lowest price I could find within 30 miles of Lynnwood. Even with taxes included, I tried to tell them, don't worry about the glass on the floor, I'll clean it myself. They still cleaned, vacuumed up the glass, cleaned the mess, and made my vehicle smell better than when I came in. When I got my car back, I sat and cried. I was a victim of a vehicle break in. And I looked at my car when they gave it back, and I couldn't believe the service I received from them. I'm a repeat customer, and always will be. I sincerely suggest this business for any glass, battery, or other auto issues. They truly care about their customers, and do it at the lowest price I found. Friggin awesome! Talk about a father's day blessing. One of their guys accidentally misquoted me a charge not including labor. When I called later to let them know I was on my way they had let me know that it was going to be a different price. It was something I couldn't afford. Instead of turning me away they called me back an hour later letting me know they'd honor the mistake. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone of the staff members was kind and understanding. My son and I didn't really have anywhere to hang out so they grabbed some chairs and told us to chill in the air conditioned lobby because it was incredibly hot outside. They even recommended me a tint shop that gave me an unbelievable quote after I had asked. Really seems like a professional family unit at USA Auto Glass. If anything ever happens to my windows again, I will be returning. Thank you John and team! PS. Incredible place. I was referred here because someone broke into my window downtown. John texted me to work out the details (the best way to work). The next thing I knew, I showed up at 2 pm, and in just around 2 hours, I had a brand new window with a fire tint that closely resembled my existing tint, and they even vacuumed the glass up. Not perfect but that's not their responsibility per se so wasn't expecting it to be spotless. TL;DR Incredibly affordable, easy to work with, super likable guy. The best place to go for auto glass replacement! Best price, high quality auto glass, fast appointment, professional installation, super friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I called 6 different auto glass shops in the area and USA Auto Glass had the best price, could give me an appointment the same day and was very nice on the phone. I had this excellent company help me with an 'emergency' auto glass repair last winter; I wish I'd left this review sooner. You can trust John and his employees to do a good job. They helped me after some vicious kids broke into my Hyundai and trashed the steering wheel column cover trying to steal it, after they broke the window. Got an appointment for a wind shield replacement within two days and setting up the appointment couldn't be any easier. Set it up online, a person texted to confirm the time and if they had a compatible wind shield. This is one of the few places in Seattle actually charged me an incredibly fair price for parts and labor. It also only took an hour to get it installed while I waited. I would happily go here again to fix or replace a windshield. ~ John S

I went this (USA Auto Glass ) WOW ! John the owner of the shop is Professionally perfect guy! While he (his shop) working my Windshield, I have to stay for almost 3 hours, but he took me (give me ride to my home and take me back to the shop after they finished the job! I came in for replacement of rav4 windshield. They initially replaced the windshield and there was some distortion in the new windshield. Luckily they have FANTASTIC customer service and happily replaced the windshield again, free of charge. The new windshield looks great. You can tell these guys know what they're doing and are experts in their trade. I'd recommend coming here over other shops for the enhanced customer service. ~ Matt O

I had my car window bashed out in the light rail parking structure. After I got home, I filled in an online request. I received contact right when they opened at 8am the next morning and they were able to get me in at 11:30 and out less than 2 hours later. Great service, fair price and excellent communication. I've had 2 windows replaced at USA Auto Glass, first time was a mobile windshield replacement, then an in-shop passenger window w/ tint. The workmanship both times was perfect, and the tint job was a factory stock level of quality. John (owner) was responsive and very easy to work with. Excellent service, I came to get my windshield replaced and they told me that it would be 3-4 hours. Me and my wife decided to wait and they decided to work faster to get us out of there. We only had to wait for over an hour for both the windshield replacement and recalibration. The price was much cheaper than other places we looked at. I highly recommend this place. ~ Daniel S

I had my car broken into last week. A friend said they could fix it for me, but then it didn’t end up working out. So I had the window but not the knowledge of how to change it out! Called USA auto glass and they were able to get me in fast & use the glass I already had so I didn’t have to pay for it twice. I want to share how great USA Auto Glass and Battery was when I had a big problem with my Lincoln Navigator. There was a leak that was causing trouble with the car's wires and making electrical things act weird. I was worried I might need a new car, but then I went to this place. When I got there, they were super nice. They looked at my car and figured out what was wrong really fast. They told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost, and it all made sense to me. They fixed my car quickly and did a fantastic job. They were very careful with my car even though it an older vehicle and made sure everything was just right. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the leak. What I really liked was how much they cared about making me happy. They answered all my questions and made sure I was okay with everything they were doing. Because of their amazing work, I didn't have to buy a new car! I'm so thankful for USA Auto Glass and Battery. They're a team you can trust and they really care about helping you. My car is working great now, and it's all because of their hard work. USA Auto Glass & Battery replaced the wind shield on my vehicle after Dealership.Glass declined my wind shield replacement as too difficult for them. USA Auto Glass & Battery earned my admiration for what appears to be a job well done at what was a price far below Dealership.Glass (~$300 v ~$500).
