An excellent experience. You might wonder what sets a 3 star from a better rating. I think 3 star does what they are contracted to do: nothing more and nothing less. USA Auto Glass went above and beyond: not only did they tell me that my insurance company (USAA) does use them, John was helpful in making sure the car itself was returned to me in better shape than when it went in: they vacuumed it, removed my oil change sticker from my old windshield and applied to new windshield so I don't forget when to change the oil, and they removed the sticky velcro portion of the Good2Go Flexpass with precision, so I can reuse it without ordering new velcro strips for the windshield.
