An excellent experience. You might wonder what sets a 3 star from a better rating. I think 3 star does what they are contracted to do: nothing more and nothing less. USA Auto Glass went above and beyond: not only did they tell me that my insurance company (USAA) does use them, John was helpful in making sure the car itself was returned to me in better shape than when it went in: they vacuumed it, removed my oil change sticker from my old windshield and applied to new windshield so I don't forget when to change the oil, and they removed the sticky velcro portion of the Good2Go Flexpass with precision, so I can reuse it without ordering new velcro strips for the windshield. Recently relocated to Seattle from the east coast and my wife was welcomed by someone throwing a rock through her rear window--nothing stolen, they just wanted to do some property damage. Car was needed to work immediately for my wife's job, but John really got us out of a serious bind. He sounded like he was really busy juggling some things so the fact he was able to send someone out the next day (as they were closed the day of the damage) must have been difficult and didn't go unnoticed.
